Below are some commonly asked questions.

 

Do You Accept Credit/Debit Cards?   

Answer: NO, unfortunatly, due to the rising costs of processing we have stopped accepting card payments.


 
Do you have a pattern for my boat model?
 
Answer: Probably not, because of the custom work we do, we rarely keep patterns. Boats are not made exactly the same way everytime. We believe in the best fit possible, so we will need access to your boat for any patterning and installation.
 
 
How long will you have my boat?
 
Answer: On Most In-House projects, we will be completed in one to two weeks, although during certain times of the year weather is a factor.
 
 
 
How long will it take to complete my job at my site?
 
Answer: Typically, once we start on your specific project, we usually complete within about 10 business days.  Although this depends on many factors and the best way to get an estimate is to call.


 
Do you require a deposit?
 
Answer: Yes, typically a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of scheduling (used to purchase your projects materials), with the remaining balance due at the completion of all work.  


 
 Can I bring my boat this week?
 
Answer: Probably not, We schedule according to first come first serve and your deposit reserves your spot on the calender. You can usually bring your boat to us at your convenience although bringing your boat in before the actual schedule date does not mean it will be finished sooner.  Average lead time for an In-House job is 4-6 weeks.
